NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR ASPHALT REPLACEMENT

The San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District is seeking bids for asphalt replacement at its San Dimas facility.

Qualified, licensed contractors are invited to submit bids for asphalt replacement at 190 E. Foothill Blvd., San Dimas, CA 91773.

Description:
Public Works Contract with prevailing wage
Remove approximately 6,700 SF of existing asphalt
Construct 6” thick concrete flow line ~70’ x 3’ with #3 bar continuous
Construct approximately 6,700 SF 4” asphalt concrete

The bid must clearly state any exceptions. The San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informalities.

A Walk-thru for all interested licensed contractors is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the San Dimas Facility Parking Lot, 190 E. Foothill Blvd., San Dimas, CA 91773.

Bids must be received at the San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District Office or PO Box 1299 Azusa, CA 91702, no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2025.
