• For residential customers only. Each customer is eligible for one rebate. 
• New construction and properties using recycled water or well water do not qualify. 
• Site must have at least 500 square feet of existing irrigated landscape area and an existing in-ground irrigation system. 
• Each weather-based irrigation controller must replace an existing, non-weather-based irrigation timer. 
• Customer must install and program controller per manufacturer’s directions and, if applicable, pay the service fee. 
• Total rebate amount shall not exceed the cost of the device (excludes sales tax and labor costs).

To claim your weather-based irrigation controller rebate: 

Step 1: Purchase a qualifying smart controller at any hardware store, home and garden store, or online. 

Step 2: Complete rebate application.

Step 3: Mail application with a copy of your sales receipt and water bill to:
