Public Records Request
Under the Public Records Request Act, the public has a fundamental right to access information regarding the conduct of the public’s business. SGVMWD makes public records available for inspection to members of the public and to provide copies upon written request. Please use the form below to request records.
Public records are open to inspection during normal office hours at the District’s headquarters located at 1402 N. Vosburg Drive, Azusa, CA 91702
The District will respond within 10 days of receiving a request to determine whether the records requested are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act; this period may be extended by the District for an additional 14 days. If the records are available, the records will be produced within a reasonable amount of time thereafter.
