NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT

The San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District is seeking bids to replace the roof of its district office and flow control facility in Azusa.

Qualified licensed contractors are requested to submit bids for replacing the roof at 1402 N Vosburg Drive, Azusa, CA 91702, and replacing the felt and fascia at 1625 N San Gabriel Canyon Road, Azusa, CA 91702.

Description:
Public Works Contract with prevailing wage
Remove existing roof layers to original substrate
Furnish and install a new built-up roof at the district office
Furnish and install new felt and fascia at flow control facility

The bid must clearly state any exceptions. The San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informalities.

A Walk-thru for all interested licensed contractors is scheduled for Monday, March 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the District Office, 1402 N. Vosburg Drive, Azusa, CA 91702.

Bids must be received at the San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District Office, or P.O. Box 1299 Azusa, CA 91702, no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2025.
