• Site must have at least 500 square feet of existing irrigated landscape area and an existing in-ground irrigation system. 
• System must include a sensor and a calibrator (typically sold together in the same device) and an irrigation controller.
• Total rebate amount shall not exceed the cost of the device (excludes sales tax and labor costs).

To claim your soil moisture system rebate:

Step 1: Purchase a qualifying sensor system at any hardware store, home and garden store, or online. 

Step 2: Complete rebate application.

Step 3: Mail application with a copy of your sales receipt and water bill to:
